Steven is an experienced Director with more than 25 years in operations, professional services delivery, finance, process optimisation, business continuity and supplier management. He builds scalable, efficient and risk-managed operational, delivery and finance functions so leadership can stay focused on clients, sales and growth.

His career has been grounded in IT and telecommunications, supporting defence, security and government clients as well as commercial operators across regulated environments. As a Director he was a key contributor to strategy while the business scaled from six to 45 people across three locations. His remit was to run the firm day-to-day: keeping operational, service-delivery and finance processes robust, compliant and commercially sound so fellow directors could concentrate on business development and client relationships.

At SevHas he applies the same operational discipline to complex, high-stakes defence and security work, giving the company a stable operational and financial backbone as it trains and deploys.

Daniel is an interceptor pilot and instructor with a background in reconnaissance and sustained drone work under pressure. He knows how people are trained on these aircraft, how they are flown at night, how they are kept going in the field and how a crew hands over to the next one.

He has done the flying himself, not demonstration work. He has flown reconnaissance and support tasks in Syria, on Gulf deployments and during the Ukraine–Russia conflict, including with starlight and thermal cameras at night, and he has trained new pilots onto both radio and fibre aircraft. He treats the skill as one that fades if it is not practised: hide discipline, looking after frequencies, batteries and aircraft turned round properly, and a short training pipeline that is hard enough to be useful.

At SevHas he uses that flying and teaching experience on intercept tactics, night work and instructor training, so the methods and the people delivering them stay current.
