Ethics and Business Conduct

Last updated: 6 October 2026

This page states how SevHas Systems conducts its business. It applies to directors, staff, contractors and anyone acting for us, and it is the standard we describe to customers.

Who we work with. We work with authorised organisations. Every engagement is subject to qualification, due diligence and end-use verification. We may decline work that does not meet our legal, regulatory or compliance standards.

Fair dealing. We compete fairly. We do not misstate capability, performance or readiness. Material on this site describes the business. It is not a specification and it is not an offer. Commitments are made only in a document issued for that engagement.

Records and information. We keep accurate records of enquiries, screening and engagements. We protect customer information and personal data. We do not use information received from one counterparty to benefit another.

Conflicts. A director or member of staff who has a personal interest in a counterparty, a supplier or an engagement declares it. The directors decide whether that person can take part. An undisclosed conflict is a breach of this standard.

Connected standards. Anti-bribery, modern slavery, export control, supplier standards and whistleblowing are part of this standard. A breach can end an engagement.
