Supplier Standards

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These standards apply to a supplier of goods or services to SevHas Systems, including a subcontractor used on our work.

Lawful business. The supplier complies with the laws that apply to it, including employment, tax, trade and data-protection law.

Labour. The supplier prohibits slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking. Workers are paid, are free to leave on notice, and are not charged a recruitment fee for the work. Identity documents are not retained.

Bribery. The supplier prohibits bribery and facilitation payments, in line with our Anti-Bribery and Corruption page. A gift or hospitality offered to our people is modest and recorded, or it is refused.

Export control and sanctions. The supplier tells us if goods, software or technology it supplies are controlled, and the origin of that control. The supplier does not supply us through a sanctioned party. The supplier does not divert goods we have supplied.

Information. The supplier protects personal data and customer information it receives from us, uses it only for the work, and returns or deletes it when the work ends, unless the law requires it to be kept.

Evidence. We may ask for evidence of these standards before appointment, and during the engagement. The supplier tells us promptly if it cannot meet them. A failure to meet them can end the relationship.
