Whistleblowing
Last updated: 6 October 2026
Use this page to report a genuine concern about SevHas Systems, a supplier, or anyone acting for us. It is for bribery, sanctions or export evasion, modern slavery, fraud, a material breach of the standards on this site, or a concealment of any of those.
How to report. Email partners@sevhassystems.com with the subject “Whistleblowing”. Describe what happened, when, and who was involved, as far as you know. You may give your name, or you may withhold it. An anonymous report is harder to investigate, so include enough detail for us to look into it. Do not use this route for a commercial complaint about a quotation. Use the Complaints page for that.
What we do. The report is restricted to the people who need it. We look into a credible report. We may need to speak to you if you have given a name. We do not retaliate against a report made in good faith. A report that we find was made in bad faith, to injure someone, is not protected.
Outcome. We will tell you the outcome where we can do so without disclosing another person’s data or a restricted matter. Some outcomes cannot be shared. If the concern involves a criminal offence we may report it to the authorities.
